Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds; however, we provide site credit (e-gift card) for sent back items that were approved for return. 

Exchanges must be within 10 days from the date of receiving your order and in exchange for your returned items.

We will provide a e-gift card for the value of the returned items

Final Sale Merchandise

Sale items, linen items, jewelry are all subject to final sale. No returns, e-gift cards or exchanges.

Return Shipping

If you paid for shipping, we will provide you with a free return label 

If your order had either a discount code or free shipping, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a text or email confirming your purchase.

You will also receive a text or email containing your UPS tracking number once your order is packed and ready for shipment.
